Thanks to all staff who gave us feedback through the WorkWell Staff Survey earlier this year. About 10% (346 people) of our staff completed the survey, and this portion of staff is a fairly accurate reflection of our staff demographics. Workwell is a workplace wellbeing programme designed to help us support you by focusing on our working environment and organisational systems. WorkWell aims to enrich your physical, mental, emotional, and occupational wellbeing by supporting our workplace to make great moves in the area of wellbeing.
