Promoting Professional Accountability Programme This is an evidence-based programme, which helps us to work with our staff to communicate about what are the acceptable practices and behaviours, which support a culture of safety and the behaviours we want in our workplace We know that our staff want to be able to speak up safely, however, this may not be possible, safe or even effective at all times. The Promoting Professional Accountability creates a place where staff can raise their concerns. We encourage staff to always try BUILD and if this is not possible, speak to your line manager or use the Reporting Tool. Any feedback placed in the Reporting Tool is reviewed by a Triage Team who will decide if feedback is to be shared with a staff member by either a Peer Messenger or a Line Manager/Team Leader about the behaviour or practice. By using the Cognitive Institute’s Promoting Professional Accountability Programme, we wi
