When you identify a Health and Safety hazard,
like some ripped carpet in your area that
someone could trip on, you will need to log this
in Datix. Did you know you also need to log
a BEIMS (Building & Enginering Information
Management System) request so that Property
Services can fix the issue. On OnePlace search Property Services.
This will take you to the page below, then click on the
'spannerman'. A BEIMS login is required. If you don't have one
speak to your manager.
BEIMS requests are prioritised using the following criteria.
