What type of events are these?
Each fundraising event is customised to the particular
fundraising group’s requirements. Canvas Group and the
Fundraising Group design the event together based on
considerations such as – the number of people who are likely to
participate, the cost that the participants are going to find
affordable, the interests of the likely participants, and the
fundraising target for the event
Some typical examples might be an $85 per head evening
dinner cruise with a live Jazz band for a school fundraiser, or a
$30 per head ‘sports bar’ drinks and nibbles cruise for a
rugby/netball team (or club) fundraiser to watch a live
rugby/netball broadcast on a Friday night.
