Dhruva and Ashwathama
The book that I read has four stories. The first story is about Dhruva.
He goes and prays to Lord Vishnu and Vishnu grants him a boon. The
second story is about Ashwathama. A sage defeats his father and his
father is thrown into a river. Inside is Vayu’s Kingdom. Ashwathama
thinks his father is dead and he goes to seek his revenge. But actually
he is not dead. He is in Vayu’s Kingdom with Vayu. Vayu needs him for
a Yagna he is performing. When Ashwathama goes to seek his
Revenge, he challenges Vayu’s Son and Vayu’s Son is defeated. Vayu’s
son Bhindi tells the truth.
