Medical details will be updated each time a member claims, for a comprehensive picture of medical history. This record enables members to manage their own health by being informed, empowered and motivated. The Personal Health Record can be used to: • Test health and wellness • View medical history (including allergies and wellness screening results) • Share information with a healthcare provider doctor • View claims The app integrates with a range of wellness devices and fitness trackers to help put members on the path to good health. This provides additional support to our current wellness benefits and managed care programmes, which aim to help our members lead happier, healthier lives.
