There is something incredibly emotional about a photo of a guy on an empty stage with nothing but a six string . Perhaps I am reading more into this photo than was intended , but to me this photo brings everything back to what is important : A guy making music because he digs it - period . Cue up the track and what do you hear ? Massive guitar just cranking - wait then another guitar comes in and the sonic blast is doubled . Devin has a good voice that fits well with the music , but the thing that hits me is that rhythm guitar laying down the basic jam while the lead comes in an simply shreds . One thing is crystal clear , this band is having fun - they are playing for themselves and it shows . The rest of us are just lucky that Devin decided to share this one with the world .
