STRICTLY TWEENS Thinking what to reply back to her, I stopped and thought to myself, which is more important Arika, caring what everyone thinks about me or having the power to do something about it. I texted my aunt and told her, yes you can post it. The next morning, I woke up with a bunch of text and phone calls saying how much God’s message influenced them. I also saw that over 3 thousand people viewed my video. It blew my mind. Getting rid of all the negative thoughts and stepping out of my comfort zone lead me to spread God’s message, which I believe with all my heart. I am not saying that getting out of your comfort zone is easy, but sometimes we have to take a leap of faith. When you try a new sport for the first time, you learn how to play the game and practice it over and over again until you feel confident. Now that I have gotten out my comfort zone, I have been finding myself doing it every day! Recently I started doing makeup videos I never thought I could do be- cause of fear. Now I enjoy posting them and having fun with them. What is your fear? I know you have one. Now tell me what you can do to start facing your fears. Give me ways that you can slowly start overcoming your fear be- cause I know you can! You know you can too! I want YOU to start right now. It does not have to be big, but once we start overcoming challenges, looking back you’re going to think why did I wait this long? Are you ready?!
