Wow ; September flew by way too quickly ! We hosted many events last month and have a strong finish to our golfing season planned . Last month we crowned our Club Champions , hosted the Missouri Golf Association Senior Four-Ball Championship , and hosted a new Ladies Member-Guest .
The weekend of September 12-13 , we hosted our Club Champion tournament and crowned a new men ’ s club champion and a repeat women ’ s club champion . Many of our flights were tightly contested including the championship flight , which saw an unlikely winner emerge in Jeff Nagel . Jeff outlasted many younger opponents to win by one stroke at eight over par for the event . Kelly Osborne pulled away from the field on day two , beating Melanie Wolf by eight strokes in the women ’ s championship division .
