“I would describe my music as Chilled and good riding music...its an easy and relaxing sound to have a drink and smoke to.” I still produce for myself as well as lease beats from other producers to accomplish that full sound that I’m not able to get. I think [coming from] Lithonia definitely helped my sound as an artist. Due to me growing up in a country environment of riding dirt bikes, fishing, and hunting, but still able to watch it grow into an outer city environment of where it is now. Its country, but city growth has definitely helped my sound. I would describe my music as Chilled and good riding music. While you’re riding to work, or out of town, its an easy and relaxing sound to have a drink and smoke to. What is the main goal for your music? My main goal is to reach a higher mass of listeners and establish a very solid fan base. First hand with doing shows and reaching more people through the internet. To hold down my Fleetwood Fellas record company and employ creative and innovative individuals who can exemplify they’re art and work through music, movies, engineering and music production. I knew that Hip hop was for me in the 7th grade when I heard Nas’ song “smokin”, from his album Stillmatic. The 3rd verse is my favorite oath ever made from a rapper, very dope song and concept period. The person who pushed me to start rapping is an artist named Nayo from Lithonia whom I went to school with. From his creative concepts, punch lines, and word play, he inspired me to rap and reach for creativity on a different level. I originally started out as a producer and my first placement was “Do the Heisman” from The Heisman Boys. That journey started in High school for me. I use to produce music for the news show at the schools broadcasting program. My biggest obstacle has been balancing a 9 to 5 job while pursuing my music career. Being from Atlanta, the city has showcases and gigs everyday of the week. So I have to think of excuse everyday of while Ill be late for work tomorrow! I still haven’t overcome this obstacle yet.... but in due time
