Q: What is something women can do
to feel better about the clothing they
wear as the temperatures become
warmer? fit. I show them different ways to
make their style work for them by
providing convenient style tips that
will work with their lifestyle.
I recommend dressing for comfort.
In the warmer months, we tend to
see women wear clothes that are
on the less conservative side. But
if that’s not your style, wear some-
thing that expresses your style and
who you are as a person. Q: Favorite part of your job?
Q: Name one fashion item women
should have in their wardrobe and
why?
I always recommend a blazer be-
cause it’s my favorite go-to item.
Every woman needs a blazer in her
closet. Here’s why. Blazers are great
to wear for an interview, and they
can be worn to a business meeting
with blue jeans to match for a busi-
ness casual look. Blazers are also
good for more conservative women
who prefer not to show too much
skin or don’t like the idea of wearing
her arms out.
Q: How does your brand help to im-
prove the self-esteem of your clien-
tele?
Most Petite Women share many frus-
trations about the way their clothes
Knowing that I can put a smile on
someone’s face by helping them
transform their personal style and
be confident in who they are. When
you look good, you feel good. The
more petite women that feel better
about themselves and their style, the
more validation I have in knowing
my job is done.
Q: What are your plans for the rest
of 2020?
Continue to be a brand ambassador
for petite women by doing more on-
air appearances to educate women
on what it really means to be petite
and participating in more speaking
engagements around topics that up-
lift and empower women of color.
