Over 300 seniors are graduating from Alpha
Omega Academy this year. Of these 300, 79
students celebrated their graduation in one of
AOA?s three graduation ceremonies.
Every year, AOA holds three graduation
ceremonies?two of which take place at physical
locations and the other of which is virtual.
This year, 27 students participated in the
ceremony at Dallas, Texas, on May 11th, and 27
students participated in the ceremony at
Orlando, Florida, on June 8th.
The third ceremony was hosted from Dordt
College, but students all around the world
(graduates included) could attend online. On
May 25th, 25 students participated in the
virtual ceremony. The link to this ceremony was
temporarily shown on the dashboard page of
AOA?s students? coursework prior to the event.
2018 Dallas Graduates
Regardless of whether or not the 300 graduates
attended any of the three ceremonies, they
were all eligible for being presented AOA?s
Director?s List or Dean?s List award. The
Director?s List award was given to all graduates
with a cumulative GPA of 3.8 or higher.
Similarly, the Dean?s List award was given to all
graduates with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.5,
but less than 3.8.
Congratulations to all of the graduating
students on behalf of AOA! We are praying that
you will all continue to walk in the way of the
Lord, remembering that ?all things work
together for good to them that love God?
