Q. When younger wrestlers suffer defeats on the mat, how do you, as a team leader, motivate them?

A. I would tell the younger kids after a hard defeat everyone started somewhere. You have to work hard to get better and you're a winner by just going out there.

Q.When winning a match, how are you proactive in showing good sportsmanship to your opponents?

A. I just wrestled my match the best I can. I never go out there to wrestle a dirty match. I would go out to win.

Q. What do you do to get ready for matches?

A. To get ready for a match, I clear my mind and just focus on what I have to go out there and do to win. I usually always listen to music before my matches.

Q. How do you Sharpen the Saw?

A. The way I sharpen the saw is, I always focus on something positive and get what I have to do.
