BLAQUELINE: A lot of people would not know that about you. They look at you and automatically think hardcore. But there is a whole other side of you that your fans don't even know about.
DJP: Yes. I own a real estate company and my dad owned a pest control company and dabbled in real estate. He would buy properties and rent them out for extra income. So I started doing the same thing because it's a great investment. Even when people stop buying my music, but I hope that day never comes. If it does, people will still need a roof over their head. So instead of selling you this cd, I can sell you a house or some of this BBQ (laughing).
