Spring is here and that means warm weather, spring flowers and refreshing cocktail recipes. We've located some cool martini recipes that are made to cool you off.

COCKTAILS

As winter turns to spring our tastes tend to reflect the change in seasons. When it comes to drinks, many of desire lighter cocktails with fresh ingredients, including herbs and fruits. Here is a small list of cocktails that are ideal for this rejuvenating season and many are very easy to mix up, making them ideal for a the season in which we seem to have a lot of things to do.

Angèle Green Tea Cooler

Ingredients

2 ounces Charbay Green Tea Vodka

2 ounces fresh lemon juice

2 ounces simple syrup

Soda water

Lemon wedge for garnish

Prep Time: 3 minutes

Total Time: 3 minutes

Yield: 1 Cocktail

Directions

Pour the vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup into an ice filled highball glass.

Top with soda water.

Pour the contents into a shaker to mix.

Pour back into the glass.

Garnish with the lemon wedge.

Cherry Blossom Tini

Ingredients

2 1/4 parts Gekkeikan Sake

3/4 part Cointreau® Orange Liqueur

3/4 part cranberry juice

1/4 part fresh lime juice

2 dashes orange bitters

Prep Time: 3 minutes

Total Time: 3 minutes

Yield: 1 Cocktail

Directions

Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Shake well.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Goose in Spring

Ingredients

2 raspberries

2 ounces lavender-infused Grey Goose Vodka

3/4 ounce St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur

1/4 ounce fresh lemon juice

Lemon peel for garnish

Prep Time: 4 minutes

Total Time: 4 minutes

Yield: 1 Cocktail

Directions

Lavender infusion: Use two sprigs of lavender, allowing to infuse for 6 days, then double strain to remove all of the herb.

Muddle the raspberries in a cocktail shaker.

Add the spirits and lemon juice.

Shake well.

Double strain into a chilled, lavender-rubbed cocktail glass.

Express the lemon peel by squeezing it over the drink to release the oils, wipe the glass rim with the peel, then drop it into the glass.
