DIRTY BLUES MARTINI

Ingredients

Original recipe makes 2 servings

4 fluid ounces premium gin

6 green olives stuffed with blue cheese

1/4 teaspoon olive juice (adjust to personal taste)

Directions

Gin and glasses must be kept chilled in freezer.

Measure and pour gin into glasses.

Add 1/4 teaspoon olive juice to each glass.

Garnish each glass with 3 speared green olives stuffed with Blue Cheese.

DIRTY MARTINI

This simple, sophisticated martini has been pleasing bar patrons for more than 70 years. Vodka, olives, and olive juice are all you need to make this drink.

Ingredients

2 oz gin

1 tbsp dry vermouth

2 tbsp olive juice

2 olives

Directions

1. Place an ice cube and a small amount of water in a cocktail glass. Place in freezer for 2 - 3 minutes.

2. Fill a mixer with all ingredients including garnish. Cover and shake hard 3 - 4 times.

3. Remove cocktail glass from freezer, and empty. Strain contents of the mixer into the cocktail glass, include one of the olives, and serve with a mysterious smile.
