Are you working with other agencies such as the NFL, NHL, and the boxing association regarding concussion treatment?

Motives Made Just 4 Athletes, Inc. does not work with any of these organizations directly, but there is a huge possibility of us joining forces with these organizations in the near future. Currently, we work alongside collegiate as well as professional athletes regarding concussions, CTE and the opioid epidemic within these industries. Marvin Washington, former Denver Bronco and my mentor, works extensively with the organization to make sure we are headed in the right direction. Motives Made Just 4 Athletes, Inc. also works with Dr. Rasa, one of the leading doctors involved in Concussions and CTE research for the NFL.

Elijah Holyfield was recently arrested for marijuana possession. With the “War on Drugs” seemingly still raging, do you know of any entities that advocate for the release of non-violent drug offenders? Or at least in the states that have some form of legal marijuana?

Collegiate athletes such as Elijah Holyfield (UGA), Tristan Payton (UCF), and Nevelle Clark (UCF) have recently been arrested by law enforcement and/or punished by a university/college as a result of cannabis. These athletes can count on Motives Made Just 4 Athletes, Inc. to not only advocate on behalf of their rights to utilize the plant as a medicine but to assisting with getting suspensions uplifted. For 30 years, collegiate athletes have been criticized and abandoned for partaking in the only medicine that has the capabilities of treating and/or preventing concussions and CTE in high impact sports. Our motive is to connect the bridge between cannabis and athletes.
