How do you plan to roll out your services ? How will you be different from others in same space ?
True to the genesis of our tagline , ‘ We Dare To Care ’, the Team Qyura believes that even though technology is the need and the hero of the hour , you cannot deny the efficiency and impact of human intervention . Not only does the app let you book appointments and make informed decisions about critical health issues , our backend team follows up every appointment with the user as well as the Medical Service Provider to ensure that the Qyura experience is as humane and hassle free as possible .
This includes communication assistance , reminders before appointments , letting the patient know if the doctor cancels , and a gamut of impromptu calls-to-action . Our back-end team is extensively trained to offer solutions and assistance , and most importantly , to Dare to CARE . Also , there is no platform which provides an end to end solution ranging from Hospitals / Diagnostic Centers to Doctor to Blood Banks and Ambulances .

We intend to reduce the anxiety and stress of users at the time they need medical assistance . A person need not broadcast messages on Whatsapp nor create statuses on Facebook . They can reach out to our network of blood banks when they need any particular blood group .
What kind of growth opportunity does your service area provide in next five years ? Any challenges ?
The healthcare industry in India is a 100-billion-dollar industry and is expected to touch 280 billion dollars by the end of 2020 . Internet of things ( IoT ) with regards to healthcare is expected to touch 3.5 trillion dollars worldwide . Considering the product , we have developed , the entire world is our prospective market place .
Currently , we have launched the app in 3 cities i . e . Kolkata , Mumbai and Bangalore . Moving forward , we have come up with a unique model where we associate ourselves with a local channel partner in 2 and 3 tier Cities . In fact , we are already in talks with people of different Cities where such an association is getting established . We would be launching Qyura in markets like Delhi , Ahmedabad , Pune , Chennai , Nagpur , Hyderabad , Indore etc very shortly . We eventually plan on going international by tapping markets such as Middle East to begin with .
Trying to organise the healthcare sector is literally like ‘ moving a mountain ’. Since we give customer satisfaction and service quality paramount importance , we have invested in a very strong operations team which includes an in-house call centre to follow up with the service providers and users . To ensure that , not only do we generate a lead for the service provider but also ensure the appointment is successfully completed with minimum waiting time and the user after all are efforts is satisfied .
What are the future prospects of these services ?
To expand fast and penetrate multiple markets quickly , we have for the first time in E Commerce developed a Franchisee Model . The primary responsibility of the franchisee would be to have the Client Acquisition / Sales team on their pay roll and ensure they can cover the market and make the desired tie ups . The total revenue generated by the franchisee will be shared between the Franchisee and the Company in the terms mutually agreed upon .
The primary expenditure in any E Commerce business after stabilizing the tech front is on account of marketing and branding . Qyura has partnered with J . Walter Thompson ( one of the best in the business ) for Marketing and Branding and will bear the total expenditure on this account . The company will also bear all expenses on account of operations and technological up gradation and maintenance . We will also assist the Franchisee in training and mentoring of the sales team , sharing standard operating procedures , ensuring sales process is maintained , assistance in HR Recruitment , complete Back end and Call center support . This will enable us to penetrate into majority of the cities Pan India very quickly .
