a marriage of his life’s philosophy that culinary arts should
be progressive and fun. His experience ranges from chef
de partie to executive sous chef in both local and international settings. He celebrates himself as “polished roughness”. A trait seen in his signature dishes, which swing
expertly from creating red wine ice cream to finessing a
cassava cheesecake.

In 2013 Carlos Brathwaite founded the entertainment
website 246mixtapes.com - a much needed platform for
local artists. When he’s not blogging he enjoys playing
football, cooking, and riding the emotional rollercoaster
of being an Arsenal supporter.

Victoria is definitely not your typical party girl; actually,
she’s not your typical anything. A recent graduate of
the University of the West Indies Mona with a degree in
Integrated Marketing Communications, her heart lies
