en Nueva York y desde entonces su trabajo
ha sido galardonado con innumerables pre-
mios. A título personal fue nombrada «Le-
yenda viva» por la Biblioteca del Congreso
de Estados Unidos, algo que hace honor al
reconocimiento conseguido en su país.
Hoy en día, aunque ya no vivamos en
los hipnóticos años del rock, no cabe duda
de que ser fotografiado por Leibovitz es ser
parte del legado de un gran mito.

tograph legends such as Mick Jagger, Michael Jackson or Bob Dylan, stars of
some of her emblematic covers, Demi Moore, who she talked into posing naked
at seven months pregnant, and Whoopi Goldberg with her picture in a bathtub
filled with milk, showing nothing but her face and extremities. Her fame and
talent preceded her when, in 1990, she opened the New York Annie Leibovitz
Studio. She has received countless awards as well as the title «Living Legend»
bestowed upon her by the Library of Congress of the United States. And even
today, far from the golden days of rock, being photographed by Leibovitz is to
become part of the legacy of a great legend.
