Podríamos pensar que Londres se
acaba de sumar repentinamente a la
moda de las coctelerías. Solo aque-
We might think that London has just recently added to the
cocktail bars’ trend. Only those who love this type of drink
know that the British capital has always been an important
bastion among the places to discover the best cocktails in the
world. A city to discover every night a new bar where one of
the many specialized mixologists surprises us by setting, for
example, the best dry martini in the world (Alessandro Palazzi)
or the classic negroni in six very personal versions (Tony
Conigliaro). The night in the city of fog has just begun.

consciente mientras convierte cualquier ingrediente

zero-waste philosophy focused on a sustainable operation that
turns any left-over ingredients into appetizers. His cocktail menu
is divided into five categories, like “Overground” and “Sea”,
which refer to the origin of their ingredients. Thus, Scouts menu
changes daily adapting to British seasonal produce and celebrate
them with inventive unforgettable cocktails.
