WATER'S ROLLS- ROYCE
Kurt Strand, el propietario de Strand Craft,
considera que una de las cualidades más impor-
tantes para diseñar yates y embarcaciones, junto
con la creatividad, es la capacidad de escuchar
lo que el cliente quiere. Eso precisamente es lo
que le ha llevado a construir lo que podríamos
llamar el Rolls-Royce del transporte de agua:
V8 Wet Vara. Las posibilidades de personalizar
esta moto de agua son enormes, hecha de fibra
de carbono y epoxi se le puede agregar opcio-
nalmente incrustaciones de madera y carbono,
además de personalizar la pintura y envoltura
eligiendo entre varias opciones. Si todo esto lo
combinamos con un motor V8 de 5.7 litros fe-
roz capaz de 300 bhp y velocidades de hasta 65
mph, tendremos en nuestras manos el vehículo
perfecto para atravesar las olas. Cuenta además
con tecnología de componentes inteligentes
como navegador GPS, sistema de sonido avan-
zado, etc. Wet Vara estará disponible comercial-
mente a finales de este año.
