Solid Ground Produces Solid Grades
Before coming to Boys and Girls Country, Robert had been to nine different
schools by the time he was in 7th grade. He was described as intelligent but
was not in school long enough to develop solid grades. Today Robert is 15
years old and will be a sophomore at Waller High School this fall. In the two
years Robert has been at Boys and Girls Country, he is one of ten children on
our campus to have straight A’s. He earned extra credit by taking advanced
level courses and at the end of this past school year held a 5.1 GPA. Robert is
the eldest of three boys; his brothers also live at Boys and Girls Country and
are also on the straight A list! Without you, Robert and his brothers would still
be moving from school to school. Thank you!

Kaleigh Joined the National Junior
Honor Society
Kaleigh has been at Boys and Girls Country
for seven years and has made some amazing
accomplishments this past school year. She has
been taking advanced level classes and was in
the gifted and talented program at her junior
high school, listed on the All “A” Honor Roll,
served on the student council and is a member
of the National Junior Honor Society. Kaleigh’s
favorite subjects are social studies and math.
She loves to read and hopes to work with the
United Nations. We are so proud of her! You
are a great part of her success. Thank you for your blessings!
