1 . You can chop everything up by hand . I use a food processor and put everything in there and finely chop it . 2 . Store it in your fridge 3 . You can also top it with sliced apples , pears , pomegranate fruit , pumpkin seeds , or pine nuts . But I add in whatever I want to top it off when I am ready to eat it . 4 . I love to make it with a Pomegranate Vinaigrette
1 . In a large measuring cup , combine Pomegranate juice , honey , vinegar , and mustard . 2 . Whisk together until well-combined . 3 . Continue to whisk as you add in olive oil to emulsify . 4 . Pour dressing into serving container and set aside .

Super Easy But Super Healthy Beet , Carrot , and Cabbage Salad

This is one of my go-to salads because it is easy to make , easy to store , and great on the body . It is geared towards supporting the liver and detoxification but also has high antioxidant powers . It is rich in many vitamins and minerals such as magnesium and will feed your body and mind .

Ingredients

• 2 Large organic Beet Peeled

• 4 Large organic Carrots Peeled

• 1 Cup Fresh Parsley

• 1 Head organic Cabbage Chopped

• 1 / 2 Cup Flax or Chia Seed

• 3 / 4 Cup Pomegranate Juice

• 1 / 2 Cup extra virgin olive oil

• 1 / 4 Cup Honey

• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

• 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
