BLUE CHRISTMAS WORSHIP
Monday, Dec. 10, 7:00 pm (MTKA)
Weds., Dec. 13, 7:00 pm (MPLS)
Sometimes Christmas hurts. Dealing
with the death of a loved one, facing
life after divorce or separation, or
some other dis-ease increases feelings
of loneliness, sorrow, alienation or
sadness. This contemplate service
offers a place where we name the
reality of these feelings and claim the
healing and hope that is offered in the
birth of the Christ child.
This eleven-member group from
Duluth, Minnesota is a community/
professional handbell ensemble that
is noted for capturing the enthusiasm
of audiences with a dynamic style and
accessible music. Concert selections
range from Bach to Lady Gaga and
include music both familiar and new.
The concert is free admission. Nursery
and valet parking are available and a
reception will follow in the Gallery.
