Greet people as they arrive for the
concert, pass out concert programs.
Time commitment: An hour before
each concert, 1 to 5 times per year.

the table outside the sanctuary at
Minnetonka for events.

Pass the baskets for the free will
offering. Baskets are collected by a
board member. Ushers get reserved
"good" seats. Time commitment: 15
minutes before the concert through
intermission, 1-5 times per year.
RECEPTION SERVERS
Assist with table and food set
up, serve beverages, restock the
food tables and clean up. Time
commitment: 1.5 hours pre-concert
or 1.5 hours post concert, 1-5 times
per year.
FEMALES FORMING
FRIENDSHIPS
We will take a break for July and
August to account for people's
busy schedules. Check online
for events starting again in
September.
RECEPTION BAKERS
Bake bars or cookies and deliver to
church on Saturday before the concert
or day of concert, 3 or 4 times per
year.
BOARD MEMBERS
Attend monthly board meetings on
Tuesday evenings, usually 10 times
per year. Board members fill a number
of roles--PR, web maintenance,
house manager, treasurer and at large
members who help where needed.
