THE PRACTICE GROUP
We know the pressure
you’re under
Over the last ten years The Practice Group has
supported innovative approaches to primary care
across England. Working with nearly a quarter
of all CCGs, clinicians from The Practice Group
deliver well over a million patient appointments a
year. Some of these appointments are to patients
from a registered list of over 140,000 patients but
the group also delivers 120 community outpatients
clinics providing a range of services including
Ophthalmology and ENT.
The Practice Group is known for supporting
commissioners in the provision of solutions in support
of some of the most challenging circumstances. The
group provides services as diverse as the provision of
primary care for street homeless and violent patients
excluded from mainstream provision to the delivery of
referral management services and primary care into
care homes.
