Priscilla & Jim Harrison SPIRIT OF VÍSI AWARD
It was a huge honor to be
presented with the Spirit of
Vísi Award. I love it even
more because I think that's
what Vísi is all about. Spirit
is our energy, emotion, and
attitude, and hopefully we're
able to convey that not only
to our team but also to all of Vísi.
Attitude is really everything. Since we don't go to
work in an office every day we kind of work in an
invisible environment. It can be lonely at times.
Keeping a good spirit and attitude is so critical to
what we do. If you have a good spirit or attitude
about you you're always going to be in the problemsolving mode, seeing the positive in every
circumstance. Attitude is nothing more than a choice.
2015 Award Winners
Jen Purga PACESETTER AWARD
Receiving the Pacesetter
Award was a huge honor.
When it comes to setting the
pace, I love to go fast! People
just have fun when
everything is in momentum.
In that year we made record
speed in our team growth. I
came in, recruited over a hundred people, and
helped them learn how to make money. Our team
helped so many people rise to Arctic Star, Arctic 4
Star, and Arctic Premier. We pushed people out of
their comfort zone, and out of the nest they flew!
It was a group effort—I just happened to catch the
vision of our success. When a big promotion
launched just before Convention, I gathered my
leaders and said, “Who of you wants big bonuses
by Convention?” We did it together, and then they
got to walk across the stage at Convention exhausted
but having achieved something massive!
Randy Anderson FOUNDER’S AWARD
Receiving the Founder’s
Award was the culmination
of and recognition for taking
my initial leap of faith back
in February of 2012. I got on
an airplane, traveled to
Atlanta, Georgia, and walked
into a room hardly knowing
what to expect. There I met Vísi Founder & CEO
Kent Lewis, Rick Hagar, and Dr. Charlie Rouse.
They gave me a huge vote of confidence that this
could be the beginning of something very special.
I kept in mind all the other people who could benefit
from Vísi, and I took that leap of faith.
We win by lifting others. It's easy to get caught up
in ranks and paychecks, but if we want to be
successful here, we've got to focus in on helping
other people find success. I'm not perfect, but I strive
to do that every day for my family and my team. ■
