bonuses from promotions and rank advancements, Vísi Founder & CEO Kent Lewis personally selects three
Partners for the most exclusive awards of all: the Pacesetter, the Founder’s Award, and the Spirit of Vísi.
The Pacesetter recognizes Partners who have built momentum across Vísi to grow businesses and rise in ranks.
The Founder’s Award is for Partners who have made an instrumental difference since the beginning of Vísi. And
the Spirit of Vísi award is especially for Partners who through every action reflect what it truly means to be Vísi.

Don Wescott PACESETTER AWARD
Receiving the Pacesetter
Award shocked me. I had no
idea. You never know
globally how you're doing.
You just know you're doing
the best you can do. It meant
a lot to me to that while I was
focused on chasing these
opportunities, people took notice and tried to do
the same.
I think to be a pacesetter you need to just get up
and set the example. Not by words, but by actions.
I'm going to achieve with or without you. The
opportunity is to get on board, join me and follow
what I'm doing, and we'll go show others how to
do it also. Together we can accomplish some really
big things.
Life is given to you today, so why not go out and
give it everything you’ve got?
Chang Yu FOUNDER’S AWARD
I didn’t know I would be
receiving the Founder’s
Award, so I was pretty
happy to hear they’d chosen
me. Since I began working
with Vísi, I’ve kept focused
on moving forward all the
time. Vísi changes for the
better all the time. We didn’t start with a lot of
product, but now we have a wide variety. And we’ve

brought Vísi to a lot of different countries. I’ve been
so happy to play a part in that.
I promised Vísi when we started that I was going
to help us share our message around the world. I’m
staying focused on opening more countries around
Asia right now, and my ultimate goal is to reach
the highest available rank at Vísi, the Royal Arctic
Presidential.
