Opinion
In our opinion the financial report of Berry Street Victoria Inc is in accordance with the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 and the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Act 2012 , including :
a )
b ) giving a true and fair view of the Association ’ s financial position as at 30 June 2016 and of its performance for the year ended on that date ; and
complying with Australian Accounting Standards – Reduced Disclosure Requirements , the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 and the financial reporting requirements of the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Regulation 2013 .
