In the opinion of the Board of Directors the financial report as set out on pages 3 to 26:

Presents a true and fair view of the financial position of Berry Street Victoria Inc. as at
30 June 2016 and its performance for the year ended on that date in accordance with Australian
Accounting Standards – Reduced Disclosure Requirements of the Australian Accounting Standards
Board, the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 and the Australian Charities and Not-forprofits Commission Act 2012, mandatory professional reporting requirements and other authoritative
pronouncements of the Australian Accounting Standards Board.

At the date of this statement, there are reasonable grounds to believe that Berry Street Victoria Inc.
will be able to pay its debts as and when they fall due.
