DIRECTORS’ DECLARATION

In the opinion of the Board of Directors the financial report as set out on pages 1 to 37:
1.

Presents a true and fair view of the financial position of Berry Street Victoria Inc. as at
30 June 2010 and its performance for the year ended on that date in accordance with Australian
Accounting Standards, mandatory professional reporting requirements and other authoritative
pronouncements of the Australian Accounting Standards Board.

2.

At the date of this statement, there are reasonable grounds to believe that Berry Street Victoria Inc.
will be able to pay its debts as and when they fall due.

This statement is made in accordance with a resolution of the Board of Directors and is signed for an
