A review of our approach to Parental Leave to maximise staff benefit from the
Federal Government’s newly introduced Paid Parental Leave Scheme. It is now
possible for a staff member who is the primary carer of a child to have 18 weeks
off at full pay including superannuation following the birth or adoption of a
child.
We were very proud to win the Compassionate Employers Award this year.
This award recognises our caring approach to staff who suffer a significant
bereavement. In particular, the judg
