Whether it is through a donation, leaving a gift in your Will, or organising a fundraising event for Berry Street, there are many ways that you can make a difference to the lives of disadvantaged children and young people in Victoria. Become a Foster Carer When children can’t live safely at home or with relatives, foster care is usually the preferred option. Help us achieve our vision for all children to have a good childhood. Each child that enters foster care is different and unique and it is for this reason we are constantly seeking foster carers with special qualities from a range of different backgrounds, cultures and experiences. There is a nationwide shortage of foster carers, and would welcome your enquiry to find out how you can be involved in this rewarding and worthwhile role. Become a regular giver Become a corporate partner Making a commitment to bring about change in the lives of vulnerable children is easy. Simply nominate an amount you feel comfortable with and it is deducted from your account or credit card at the start or mid month – we will stay in close contact to let you know how your donations are making a difference. There are many ways in which your business can support and benefit from a relationship with Berry Street: - Business partnerships/contributions – Workplace giving - Fundraising – Pro bono and in-kind support Leave a gift in your Will - Corporate Volunteering opportunities Increasingly people are including a gift in their Will as well as taking care of their families. Fundraise for Berry Street You can become a Berry Street fundraiser and start raising money in your local community! Organise your own fundraiser, or get together with your friends and family, local community group, school or workplace.
