President and CEO’s report PRESIDENT & CEO’S REPORT Each year, as we reflect on past achievements, it is harder to do justice to the breadth, depth and impact of our work. As the largest independent child and family services organisation, RXUFRPPLWWHGDQGFDSDEOHVWD̫ and volunteer foster and kinship carers, tackle some of society’s most ‘wicked’ problems – child abuse, family violence, substance abuse and intergenerational disadvantage. Every day they demonstrate what Berry Street stands for – by their courage, in the way they build relationships, connect, advocate and earn trust, and in their openness, always questioning how we can do things better.
