The festival square will be bustling
with life in exuberant colours when
Tombs Creatius transforms the space
into a playground out of the ordina-
ry. Last year the Catalan company
took part in the Bergen International
Festival with The Trip, and this year
it is back with a collection of games
and toys that awaken curiosity and
stretch the limits of imagination.
Here you can test your knack for
solving puzzles and use your coor-
dination skills as you test yourself on
hand-made games for all ages and
experience levels.
Monster Colours is illustrated by
Carles Porta, plastic artist, graphic
designer and animator. The project
was commissioned by Costa Rica's
International Festival of the Arts and
is as much a collection of works of art
as it is a playground with room for
creative unfolding. Since its incep-
tion, Monster Colours has delighted
children of all ages in countries such
as Spain, France and Belgium.
