up when Igor & the Union of Cousins
turn Norwegian children's songs upside
down to playful Balkan rhythms and

turous short films.
Festplassen, our Festival Square, is
transformed into a cinema for the
whole family. In Himmelen under
havet (“The Sky Underwater”, 11
minutes), six-year-old Mia lives in a
glass dome far, far below the water's
surface. Together with the sea lion
Fred and other friends, she begins
a journey to find out where the big
yellow light that shines through the
glass dome every night comes from.
In Moulton og meg (“Moulton and
Me”, 13 minutes), a seven-year-old
girl asks her parents for a bike. But
what kind of bike can she expect from
a dad who has the only moustache in
town, and a mom who sews dresses
out of Finnish curtain fabrics?
