Ekaterina Mohn has always appreciated art and
culture and became a Festival Ambassador in
2017. Her personal preferences lie within the
classic art tradition, but she also treasures
modern art. Ekaterina Mohn wants to help
maintain the balance between tradition and
roots and the nerve and energy of today by
supporting the Festivals and its diversity. She
sees the importance of linking art and future
generations, and making the beauty and mea-
ning of the art accessible to all. Terje Lønne has been a Festival Ambassador
since 2017. The Festival's high artistic qua-
lity and dissemination of Norwegian cultural
heritage is the reason why Lønne wishes to
be a Festival Ambassador. He is committed to
maintain and expand the Festival as one of the
leading festivals in Europe. Terje Lønne also
wishes to contribute to Bergen International
Festival’s plans of utilize new digital services
that enable the Festival to broadcast producti-
ons to a potentially large international audience.
