Thomas Sandberg invites us into his pulsating mathematical and musical universe .
AlgoRitmo is a playful musical performance that constantly finds new shapes in its interaction with the audience . The award winning and multitalented artist Thomas Sandberg is known for creating amusing , informal , and exhilarating universes where he presents rhythmical music for children in a most elegant manner .
Sandberg digs into people ’ s algorithmic perception of music , throws in a good measure of humour , and lets the audience pick the ingredients .

The Festival Youth Day at Logen is a free all-day event where Cultural School pupils from all over Hordaland get the chance to demonstrate their talents .
We are in for rock ‘ n ’ roll bands , classical pearls , solo and ensemble instrumental variations , ballet , jazz dance , hip hop , theatre , and much , much more . There will be concerts and acts every hour , on the hour .

Festival performance with selected young talents .
At this evening performance in the Peer Gynt Hall in Grieghallen you will see and listen to artists who perhaps will come to influence the cultural life of Norway in years ahead . On stage are singers , dancers , and instrumentalists who are handpicked among the pupils at the Cultural Schools in Hordaland . The Festival Youth Performance is an annual event , and the audience tend to leave the concert hall both impressed and touched .
