NFL BAG POLICY
LEAVE YOUR BAG AT HOME! To provide
a safer environment for the public and
signifi cantly expedite fan entry into EverBank
Field, NFL policy limits the size and type of
bags that may be brought into the stadium.
The Jaguars strongly encourage fans to not
bring any type of bags. Fans are allowed to
carry a clear bag up to 12”x6”x12” or a small
hand clutch no larger than 4”x6.5”.

Prohibited item reminders:
• All bags with the exception of a small
hand-sized clutch (4.5” x 6.5”) or clear
bag no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”
• Banners or signs larger than 3 feet by 2
feet
• Cameras with detachable lenses or lenses

To ask a question or seek assistance with a
problem or issue:
• Locate your nearest usher, security guard,
police offi cer or guest services team
member.
• Visit any of the guest services booths
located on the main concourse outside
sections 223, 244 and 202; in the upper
concourses outside sections 410 and
436; and in the US Assure Clubs on the
ground level and immediately outside of
the elevator on the lower and upper levels.
• Text “ASSIST” followed by the location
and a brief description of the issue to
58154. Texting is also available in the
parking lots beginning two hours prior
to kickoff and one hour post-game.
