#1: Pencil yourself in

Prioritize yourself. Let’s be honest with ourselves, we all live out of our calendars and on a schedule. So if it is not on the schedule then it probably won't happen. I try to occasionally carve out 45 minutes for a coffee, lunch, manicure, or even phone chat with friends. As we know, sharing and laughing with friends makes hard things bearable and, yes, pampering yourself can be very revitalizing! Short of that, ask your partners, friend or even a family member to cover for you so you can have a 30-minute bubble bath behind a closed door...so soothing! For those single mothers, save some funds for a babysitter, or ask family and friends to take the kids for a night. If you have to get a room at an in expensive hotel and chill the night away do it. Put yourself on the schedule and keep that date!

#2: Exercise

If I’ve only got a few minutes, run the stairs, or whatever it takes to get active. When you’re stuck in traffic us the time, butt flexes, flex bands anything to get moving and get that blood pumping. Also, something as simple as stretching and contracting muscles for a few minutes before you get out of bed seems to put the day in a "ready to go" mode and takes very little time.
