Just when you thought it was safe to go out, it's more Things That I Hate! Close your windows! Lock your doors! Prepare to be mystified by me telling you of things that I hate! I must warn you that these things are hated by me and in no way represent anyone else's thoughts in this magazine. These are my own thoughts.

The first one has to do with credit cards. No matter how many you have, don't you hate when you're over the limit or when you get called at odd times of the day when you're trying to do some work? Trust me on this one. It has happened to all of us! Think about the national debt! There's approximately $858 Billion in credit card debt in the U.S. alone! That is half of the national debt! We're crazy aren't we spending so much, trying to not use them and yet you pay more and more per month! I know a lot of other people hate it, but that's the way we are in the U.S. We pay for stuff when we don't have the money to spend it, so what do we do? We use the little plastic card. Do we need credit cards? Yes and no. Keep one at all times for emergencies because you never know when you're going to need it. Other than that, don't use it! That debt needs to go down not up!!

The second has to do with pickpockets. This has happened to me recently. I was in a foreign country trying to get pass the turn style. The only way to past is with a ticket. I tried a few tickets, but none of them worked. Finally, I was able to pass, but realized my wallet was outside of the pants pocket. So I opened it to see if anything was in there. When I did, I noticed it was empty, completely empty except for a credit card which I kept in my front pocket because I knew this might happen. I ended up losing $55. Could have been worse. If you go overseas especially in Europe, watch out for pickpockets. They are very clever and know how to strike without warning. Keep your money and other important items in a piece of clothing or something like that you can put under your shirt. That way, you won't get pickpocketed. While this does work usually, sometimes it won't so be careful.

The third has to do with airplane food. We've all have had this happen to us before right? We're at 34,000 feet or so and eating some food when we find out it's bad or something is wrong with it? Is there anything wrong with it? Nope. It's just that as we climb in elevation, food tends to get more dried. This is a typical thing. So what to do with it? Well, those who make food for the airlines are doing their best to make sure that the food can stand the elevation, so when you eat it, it still tastes good. I don't really hate it that much, but before people started working on making food taste better at 34,000 feet, it was just bad back then.

My last one for this edition has to do with food. Especially, the price of food. I'm sure we've all seen this. Prices going up for your basic needs: milk, bread, eggs. Why is this happening? Some factors are because of bugs, fires, and other natural problems such as floods and cold weather. While this continues to be a problem, you might ask how do we fix it? It's like the national debt here, food and drink costing more, sometimes more then a gallon of gasoline these days. You say I'm crazy? It's the facts today. Prices will go down eventually, but with the way the economy is with all this, we might end up in another depression if we don't get this taken care of soon. How do we fix it? I wish I knew. I just plain hate this and so does almost everyone else.

That's all for this edition of things that I hate. Now get out of here before I tell you more! See you next time folks!
