Hi everyone. In this edition, I will explain some of the tasks. These tasks are the staple of the Associate, those which are done every season. Each team is on their own after they finished helping their project manager who was the finalist of the previous season help with them. There are three basic tasks. They are designing an outfit, doing an auction, doing a raffle, and making a property from scratch. Of these four, only the final one have I not been on the winning team. For the others, I've been successful.

The first one is my personal favorite, the designing of an outfit. This is a two week task. For the first week, the teams are to figure out what type of outfit to make, whether it will be a male or female outfit, the specifics of the outfit, the slogan, and most of all the price. That's all in the first week. For the second week, the teams are to sell their outfit as best as possible, whether it be by auctions or straight sell. They cannot offer something if they buy the outfit. If they did that, that would invoke a penalty. Once the two weeks are up, the winner is decided by rays earned, how the outfit looked by top designers, and how well their advertising went. For this one, in the past three seasons which I've been in, my team has won this task each time.

The second one is the auction task. This task sounds simple enough, but it isn't. In one week, the team must find a place to do this auction, get items from people, get people to come to the auction, and most of all, sell! There are so many auctions per week on rlc. Trying to make yours unique is a challenge we all experience. For the teams, they got to work very hard to do well enough in so many days. While this is a fun one, it can be difficult because of what I had mentioned above. There are so many auctions out there. People don't like to go to these because you always see the normal people there. Trying to make yours unique is the challenge.

The third is the raffle. While this one has lost some popularity in recent seasons, this is a good one. For this, the teams have to get items that are donated by various people, selling the tickets, & doing the actual raffle itself. While this can be fun, it is quite demanding. This one week task needs to be done correctly for the teams to win this task. Getting prizes itself can be difficult, but having unique prizes as well as selling the most, & doing the best advertising will usually help you win this task.

The last of the basics is my least favorite: The build task. In this task, the teams have two weeks. For the first week, they must design a property from scratch, using the biggest property you can get for free as your starter. What makes this part difficult is trying to figure out what to put in there, to organize your team, and to make sure the job is complete. You can only put so many props before the place starts to lag, so keeping an eye on the amount of props in the building is key! For the second part of the task, the team has to attempt to sell the place. The building must be a straight sell usually. Sometimes, you could raffle off the prize. Need to check with the host to see if this is good. In the end, the team who does the best build and sells the most will win.

That completes the four basics. These four will usually happen every season. Sometimes, only a couple of them will actually occur. Got to be prepared for anything. Bye for now all.
