As time passes and during natural process of getting older you could possibly begin to get rid of your recollection or recognize that it is not as good as it was once. You find yourself wondering "Man, when did I get old (lol)".

There are tips that can get your mind back and working well. Mnemonics are just a way to bear in mind details by associating all of them with some familiarized impression or phrase.

*Have healthy habits, including eating nourishing food items, resting plentifully and working out.

*Keep the recollection well-defined by playing games frequently. Crossword puzzles, variety video games, and trivia anything that will get you to thinking.

*Exercise, yes I said exercise. Physical activity keeps your system in shape, and the mental workout will keep your brain fit.

*Decrease interruptions, the brain can only give attention to 1 issue at one time. I know it is hard to do this, we live in a world where multi-tasking is second nature.

*Write it down, the act of writing something down not only give you a more permanent solution, but it will help your brain remember what you are thinking and seeing at the same time.

Keeping your mind sharp is not just a young man’s game. It is great for all of us, so just like your body work it out. Now, remember where you put your glasses, find them and read this again!
