Gaisce Gold Award could be a great compliment to your
plans! A Gaisce Gold Award is an amazing addition to your
CV – employers see Gaisce as a sign of motivation and
commitment, that you have the ability to set your own
goals and work to achieve them.
Gaisce is also an amazing way of meeting new people,
developing new hobbies and finding your passion!
Did you know?

If you have completed a Gaisce
Silver Award, you can avail of
Gaisce’s merit system –
allowing you to complete a
Gold Award in a minimum of
52 weeks.
•
It is not necessary to have
already completed Bronze or
Silver to register for Gaisce
Gold (minimum starting age 17 years).

Couch to 25 Marathons!
Oliver Clare was interested in taking up
running as part of his Gaisce Gold
journey, he signed up with Drogheda
and District Athletics Club for his
physical recreation challenge. What
started as an interest in learning to jog,
became an incredible 25 marathon
challenge in aid of youth mental health
charity Reach Out Ireland.
