A big reason players have success on the field is because of the work they have put in off the field, in the cages, and on their own. You want to have confidence? Then work, and trust the work you put in. The harder you work and the more time you put in, the more prepared physically you will be for “the moment”, and knowing you are prepared physically will enable you to stay locked in mentally, no matter what situation arises. Why do you want the ball or bat in your hand with the game on the line? Because you have prepared yourself for that moment and you are ready to be successful!
