Issue 74: June | July 2016 The NMC Construction Group proudly congratulates the V&A Waterway House and Silo 6 Radisson Red Hotel teams on being awarded first place in their respective categories of the 2016 Western Cape Master Builders Association Regional Awards. “In order for one to achieve your goals, you need to stay focused and go for it! The results will be announced mid-August 2016. Waterhouse was entered in Category H: Projects R300 - R500 million and Silo 6 in Category G: Projects R150 - R300 million. The ISO audits for 2016 have been successfully completed within the respective divisions of the NMC Construction Group. The auditors commended NMC for its professionalism and hospitality during their visit and they look forward to the 2017 audits. The NMC building and civils divisions (excluding NMC Construction Namibia) have received a recommendation for continued certification for all three standards; ISO 140001, ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001. The successful completion of these audits was definitely a collaborative team effort.
