The Caledon Services Housing Development project was initiated by our client , developers Skyward Housing , in response to the lack of housing in the area . Valued at R21 million , this is the first phase of the development . The scope of works comprises civils services including installation of sewer , storm water and water pipelines with huge potential for future business in the upcoming phases .

Once complete the project will provide relief to the town ' s housing shortage . In the interim the community is drawing great benefit from the construction phase , while the local economy is experiencing a boost as well .

Our goal is to invest as much as we can in the community during our time here , as a result we have rented local accommodations for our employees and we buy approximately 15 % of our supplies locally . Located on the picturesque hills of Plattekloof overlooking the city of Cape Town , construction on the R230 million Plattekloof Retirement Village is making good progress . The scope of works comprises three buildings totalling 162 units as well as a frail care facility . The current project forms phase one of the development and there is potential for future work in the upcoming phases .
