What stood out about the Floreat home was how the designer managed to take a relatively difficult block and create such a large, light and spacious home. The various James Hardie products were used to great effect, breaking up the façade and adding interesting features. The combination of full frame structure and James Hardie materials resulted in a beautiful designer home, with fantastic green credentials that will perform incredibly over the long life of the building.
