The design of the Austral Bricks showroom respectfully contrasts and compliments the heritage building it is within. The flexibility of the design through both fixed and movable elements not only functions well, but is a good solution which allows the heritage fabric to remain intact. The Jali wall featuring the client’s product created a good focus for the space, with the additional structural support being well detailed and invisible. The clean and discreet integration of technology allows the spaces to accommodate a plethora of uses, again without detracting from the heritage building.
